Get Started With:
- 1 cup red kidney beans (rajma), soaked overnight and cooked until soft
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Nuvi Spicez’ Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Nuvi Spicez’ Perfect Spicy-Perfect Colour Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Nuvi Spicez’ Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Nuvi Spicez’ Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cream (optional)
- Fresh coriander for garnish

- Soak, Cook, and Reserve:
Ensure the soaked rajma is cooked until soft and tender. Set aside with the cooking water for later use.
- Tadka That Packs a Punch:
Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium flame. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Toss in the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Masala Madness:
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant. Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
- Spice it Up with Nuvi:
