Serving Size: 4

Get Started With:

  • 500 g chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup curd (thick yoghurt)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 sachet Nuvi’s Chicken Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped (for garnish)

Suggested Recipe:

  1. Marinate for Flavourful Goodness:

In a bowl, combine curd, ginger-garlic paste, Nuvi’s Chicken Masala, and salt. Coat the chicken drumsticks evenly in this mixture. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour to let the flavours seep in.

  1. Cook Without Compromise:

Place the marinated chicken in a wok or heavy-bottomed pan. Cover and cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Allow the chicken to cook slowly, ensuring it remains tender and juicy.

  1. Perfect the Finish:

Once the chicken is tender, uncover and cook for another 1–2 minutes on medium heat to develop a beautiful crust. Leave a bit of the thickened sauce in the pan for drizzling over the cooked chicken.

  1. Add a Zesty Touch:

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked chicken for a burst of zing. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves for a fresh, aromatic finish.

  1. Serve and Savour:

Serve your Dahi Chicken hot as an appetiser or as a high-protein accompaniment to your meal.

Enjoy your meal!
