Get Started With:
- 250 g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup thick yoghurt (curd)
- 1 tbsp gram flour (besan), lightly roasted
- 1/2 tsp Nuvi Spicez’ Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Nuvi Spicez’ Perfect Spicy-Perfect Colour Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Nuvi Spicez’ Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Nuvi Spicez’ Chaat Masala (for marination)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp mustard oil
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, 1 capsicum and 1 tomato, cut into squares
- 1 tsp Nuvi Spicez’ Chaat Masala (for garnish)

- Prep the Paneer and Veggies:
Cut paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato into uniform pieces. Set aside while you prepare the marination.
- Marination Magic:
In a bowl, whisk together yoghurt, roasted gram flour, Nuvi’s Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Chaat Masala. Add ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil, lemon juice, and salt. Mix into a smooth paste.
- Coat and Rest:
Add paneer and veggies to the marinade, ensuring every piece is well coated. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour for the flavours to meld beautifully.
- Skewer and Grill:
Thread the marinated paneer and veggies alternately onto skewers. Heat a grill pan or tandoor, brush with oil, and cook the skewers on medium heat, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and smoky.
- Garnish with a Zing:
