Suggested Recipe:

  1. Prep the Paneer and Veggies:

Cut paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato into uniform pieces. Set aside while you prepare the marination.

  1. Marination Magic:

In a bowl, whisk together yoghurt, roasted gram flour, Nuvi’s Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Chaat Masala. Add ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil, lemon juice, and salt. Mix into a smooth paste.

  1. Coat and Rest:

Add paneer and veggies to the marinade, ensuring every piece is well coated. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour for the flavours to meld beautifully.

  1. Skewer and Grill:

Thread the marinated paneer and veggies alternately onto skewers. Heat a grill pan or tandoor, brush with oil, and cook the skewers on medium heat, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and smoky.

  1. Garnish with a Zing:

Sprinkle Nuvi’s Chaat Masala over the grilled tikka for a tangy finish. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.

Enjoy your meal!
